We have realized that our regularly scheduled communication methods aren’t always fast enough to get the word out about emerging opportunities to take action for justice, and so we have created a group for more rapid and frequent communication about faith in action events and advocacy actions. By joining the group, you are opting in to receive more news about faith in action, and you can also post to the group.
Purpose of group: to spread the word and alert people to immediate actions to take to put our faith into action.
Guidelines for posting: Postings should promote events in alignment with our OUUC mission and UU values Postings should be for events in the near future, and only one posting per event (longer range announcements should go into the regular newsletter) Partisan political activity (for specific candidates and for political parties) cannot be posted
Posters are encouraged to do due diligence and provide as much detail about the event as possible
