Before You Reserve a Room
Please check the OUUC calendar for your desired date and time and click on any scheduled events to review their room assignments and meeting times. After you’ve made sure the space you’d like to request is not already reserved for your desired time, use the form below to reserve Zoom rooms, physical spaces at OUUC, and tech equipment to facilitate hybrid format meetings. Thank you for taking the time to review the calendar before submitting your room reservation request, this helps ensure that your requested space is available and avoids scheduling conflicts.

Rental Information
The Olympia Unitarian Universalist Congregation provides a limited number of community organizations with ongoing use of the church. Other organizations and individuals use our facilities on a one-time-only or short-term basis. If additional space is available, then priority is given first to nonprofit groups that are supported by the Congregation and second to other nonprofits. Our tax status mandates that we can allow for-profit organizations to use the facilities only for a limited number of days per year.
