New Year Fire Communion
with Rev. Sara Lewis
Sunday, December 29, 10:00 am
Please join us for a very different kind of worship experience as we hold outdoor worship stations to pause, release what we want to release from 2024, and enter 2025 with new intentions. We will also have a social fire pit for visiting and chatting. Dress for the weather!
Please Note: There will be no nursery care, and this service will not be streamed online. Please join us outside and onsite.
Additional Events
“Where the Light Begins” Concert / Community Sing-In with the OUUC Choir and guest musicians
Sunday, December 22, 7:00 pm
This special, one-night-only event will feature: some holiday favorites, some Leonard Cohen, the Beatles, some classical, and sing-a-longs to lift our spirits. Come and join in as we fill the OUUC sanctuary with music.
OUUC Holiday Hours
OUUC will be closed from December 25-January 4 (except for the outdoor Sunday service on 12/29). The office will be checking messages and emails on non-holiday days during this period and will reopen on Sunday, January 5.
Holiday Giving Opportunities
Guest at Your Table boxes will be available throughout December. Donations to Guest at Your Table help advance community-led human rights initiatives around the world through the Unitarian Universalist Service Committee. Please return your boxes by January 7.
Christmas Eve Offerings will benefit the Minister’s Benevolence Fund.
