Unitarian Universalism holds space for many theologies, and also for many spiritual practices. A spiritual practice is anything that helps someone connect more deeply with the sacred, however they define the sacred for themselves. Engaging with spiritual practices can lead to deeper inner knowledge, insights into the sacred, deeper relationships with the interconnected web of life, and more. And some find that it is just beneficial to their well-being.
At OUUC we have many opportunities to explore different spiritual practices and support for individuals to find the spiritual practices that support their own spirituality and spiritual growth.
